At Tamannaah Fine Jewellery, we ensure that shipping through Sequel Logistics is secure and reliable. All products are insured during transit and delivered in tamper-proof packaging. Sequel Logistics is our trusted courier partner.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping is free globally.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
The recipient is responsible for paying any import duties, customs charges, and local taxes as per the regulations of the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid at the time of delivery.
DISPATCH POLICY
Orders for ready-to-ship items are dispatched only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
DELIVERY TO IDENTIFIED PERSON
Please provide accurate recipient details, including full name, address, landmark, pin code, and contact number.
For certain shipments, the recipient may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. The courier partner may verify these details for security purposes.
DELIVERY LOCATION
Deliveries are made to residential or work addresses, or at Tamannaah showrooms. Public places are not eligible for delivery.
CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS
Orders can be tracked via the “My Account” section on our website. Address change requests can be made by emailing hello@tamannaah.com before the order is shipped. We may not be able to process changes once the order has been dispatched.
SHIPMENT DISCREPANCY
Please inspect your package upon receipt. Report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies within 72 hours by emailing hello@tamannaah.com.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Contact us within 72 hours if you receive a damaged parcel. Please keep the parcel and product intact for investigation. Delayed reporting may result in the claim not being accepted.
MISSING PRODUCTS
Report missing items within 72 hours after inspecting the package. Failure to do so may limit our ability to address the issue.
NON-RECEIPT OF AN ORDER
Track shipments using the provided tracking ID. Report non-receipt within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation email. Delayed reporting may result in the claim not being accepted.
